If you shake the hood up and down hard by hand can you hear the wiring rattle in the structural channels?

I do like the lights you chose.

Just did it with the three modified hoods in my shop. I don’t hear anything. I guess if I were worried about the potential I would just wrap it with Tessa tape which is a soft/felty tape made to reduce vibration noise from wiring.

I ran the wiring for my lights in the ribs under the hood, wrapped the assemblies in Tesa tape and haven't heard a sound. Admittedly my truck is pretty loud, though.

If you haven't used Tesa before you'll like it. The stuff is great.

Some quick work with some white VHT high heat paint to get some Wits' End action going on. Now its installed and plugged in.
