I think this would be a good seller.

Just a thought Frank, something to explore. My guess is that you can get some sort of heat shrinkable material that is thick enough and resilient enough. Figure out the pattern and heat shrink to hug the curves. Cut to fit under your sills.

Don't need one right away but it would be something I would buy when the factory carpet does get too worn. Had a truck with this type of floor and I loved it. Hope it comes together.
