Great questions that at this moment I dont have any answers, but eventually will have them.

It would come in the same pieces as oem i would presume.

I would prefer it be two piece. Ease of install for one, and you can replace just the section you need if that situation arises..

Yes there was. The autanas in Colombia came with vinyl flooring.

European poverty pack model comes with vinyl flooring as well oem cost over $1.2k.
