Powder coated 1964 August FJ40 OEM frame for sale. Just completed in better than new condition.

$3500. Can make a rolling chassis with axles, springs, etc. if easier for additional money. Other parts available if needed.

The center arm bracket on the front of the frame dates this as older than July of 1969. Also, a ‘74 frame would have a different rear crossmember. What is the VIN number?

We're all trying to understand what you're offering. The frame and title are usually sold together because there are a lot of States that ID an FJ4X by the frame #.

Your Batman comment is not only out of line, it says more about you than a whole bio would at this point.
I have sparred with Casey myself on a few occasions in the past, but I respect his value to the community in helping root out suspicious postings in our classified forum, which is why I tagged him when I originally posted regarding the inconsistency in your original post.
His post carries the shared knowledge of this community. I am personally facing a missing vin tag problem at this moment, so I have personal knowledge about how real this problem is.

If you don’t have a title or tag, just edit your original post again to reflect that, and let the market decide.

Location might indeed be important when it comes to having the proper VIN number stamped in the frame, but frankly here in PA I have never had any government official or inspection personnel check the VIN number.
That frame looks pretty nice, is there a price mentioned anywhere? If so I must have missed it.

The frame is better than new- so excellent. It’s been sandblasted and powdered. It is located in Howell, Michigan and is $3500.

Was it previously modified for a different power train? I noticed the drivers motor and bell housing mounts are missing. Also I don’t see a steering box pedestal.
