The PO had the hg done at the dealership in Hermiston. The work order shows no charges for extra work other than re-surfacing. She’s vault on wheels.

Sounds amazing.

#4 injector has open wires I missed or they opened upon assembly. I have 6 new clips and some repair wires inbound. Pins look good, so I will try to install some 3:1 shrink tubing. If that doesn't workout, new wire pins. Going to get a closer look at the rest as well. Injectors test good and 12v at all the terminals.

Glue lined heat shrink worked out well. After digging deeper into the rest, they are ok. New clips will tell the truth next week.

All the doors and door cards were done, now to finish the rest of the truck with sound and thermal insulation.

Rear quarter panels finished:

Little late to the party but excellent work on the engine bay. That has to feel good going through what you did and they overall final result.

Man, seeing your dampening, I really feel like I went overboard on mine LOL. I have a felling I will be trimming quite a bit back when I get to fitment but still unclear on my direction overall on finish.

Haven't checked yet...

New window runs, inner/outer felt strips for front and rear, plus both front window motors replaced. (Backs motors already replaced)

Did it speed up your windows or it's still the wiring?

Yup, all work great now. Never had a window wiring issue...

I need to do this badly but afraid of destroying the door covers taking them off!
At least order all the items just in case they go NLA..... Door covers survive pretty well with patience. Mine have been off numerous times. Just make sure you stock new clips. Looks like the mirror cover I broke is still available, so I have new ones inbound.

New cover in with a spare set.

Wiring had more issues so instead of continued repairs, I decided to do what I should have done, a new harness.

Heat wrapped the rear injection wires by the EGR and the rest of the harness back with tape and blanket.

Verified #4 signal from ECU with new harness
