.I've decided they're the best tire I've ever run on my Pig.

Enough said.

What size would you suggest for 2-2.5" lift garage queen?

Edited: I do not understand why Toyota ever departed from full float.

Not a true Land Cruiser, but swapping thirds on the FJC sucks.

33's are nice w/ 4.11s...

Agree. I ran 33x12.5 BFGATs on my SUA Pig for years with just a shackle lift and re-arched springs in the rear. 33x10.5 should fit nicely.

i could be wrong but decades ago i bought a pig, i was shur (hillbilly talk intentional) it was a hand crank up and down. maybe just Canucks got the hand crank option ... then again i could be dreaming in my old age.

non us pigs with tailgates got the hand crank. the crank goes in where the plug is in the middle of the gate

The Toyos are a phenomenal tire. I ran them on my 80 for a number of years.

Toyo makes a DAMN good tire...

Oh wait!
Open Country M/T comes in a 33x10.5R15:

That is your tire!

Sounds good to me, primarily due to size availability, since the 15 and 16s seemed to be overlooked by BFG.

That said, 60k of hard miles on the KM2s

No chunking in the rocks and not a horrible highway tire, but they do get louder as they age.

My favorite rock tire is still the Krawlers.

They're not a bad on road, but wouldn't want to DD not because they're horribly loud, but they cost a fortune and don't wear well on road.

No chunking and they grip like gecko feet in the rocks at 6-8psi....which can be a bad thing if you're an idiot, hell bent on running all Toyota axles with 37s.

Can't believe some people are so stupid. Hahahaha.

Tires done, but will have to source outside my normal shop.

Wheels still in OKC, still waiting to hear from Mike to peruse the body panel offerings.

That looks like a very light Nebula...

Check out Fashion Green and Breath Green on my faded Piggy (that I believe to be Nebula, since it is a '74):

Headed there shortly.

Going to try to expose more Thursday, just to see what's there.

Odd, it was painted a Cruiser color over the OE.
Even odder it was painted with latex on top of that....and the bondo.

Just do this:

No. Pig or not. Haha.

The Wife might like that...

She was fond of the green Pigs when we looked at some time ago, and reiterated when (in Asian nail salon voice) I asked "You pick coluh" few days ago.

Very preliminary, I realize, but have to have a goal!

Very cool, even if only a fail safe.

not a failsafe, non usa pig got hand cranks cause they had no electric motor in them...
