Changed the design to use a part that's in-stock so board assembly doesn't have to wait until Oct 10, re-submitted my PCB order with the manufacturer now.
Will update on board arrival ETA in the next few days & will take orders once I have materials on hand to ship.

Hard to say. The slow windows in the 62 has always been a bane to owners. I myself had been working on a mod that would involve a distribution block in the engine bay that would feed a single 10AWG hot (on a self resetting breaker) to each door to power replaceable relays that would power the windows and be triggered by the OEM connector on the doors' wiring harnesses. Due to its complexity my intention was to post a parts list and instructional write-up rather than offer it as a kit. If what you envision will do the same thing with the simplicity of a pop-in kit, I imagine more people (possibly even me, though I have to catch up on the thread) would elect to pay the money and go your route.

I built up the contacts on my window switches (87 Toy Pickup) about 13 years ago and they work decently if slowly. I had a look at the prints for the pickup and the circuit looks identical to me. It would be nice to wire up a set of your PCB's in the pickup. My FJ60 has crank windows.

Updates for everyone:
1) Wiring harnesses have been ordered
2) Assembled PCBs have been ordered, they will be made in the USA

However, the project is blocked on Molex connector availability.
The parts are backordered until early October. I'm thinking about doing a small batch of boards for the folks who don't care about having a nice wiring harness & removable connector. Those boards would come with wires soldered directly onto the board. Once I get a site up for orders, I'll add that as an option but will probably do a limited run since it's pretty hacky / shoddy.

Who did you decide to go through for your PCB manufacturing? I have another long in work project that I'm still trying to get finished (it ain't dead yet!) but want a US based PCB manufacturer for future samples and production runs.

Yeah the kicker will be installation. You have to cut wires and crimp...it's not rocket science and I'll do my best to explain it in a tutorial video...but it's not true plug & play.

Figured I’d do some other stuff while the door cards are going to be off. Lol!
