Hello Friends, My fuelp pump kept running non-stop when i turn on the key to ACC position. Can that be fuel pump relay issue? If so can you please let me know where the fuel pump relay located? I already openend the driver side kick panel opened and there is no relay. I went through the engine bay and can't find anything looks like fuel pump relay, please if you can guide me the location. Thanks.

There are a few locations that help activate the fuel pump. One is the "diagnostic" port on the firewall, you can jump two contacts to start the fuel pump. The other I believe is the door inside the AFM. If you push the door open, the fuel pump will activate. Have you also looked at the EFI relay and tested it as good? I would check out the FSM (link to a free version in my signature or on mud as well). I would look at the circuit diagrams and the fuel pump section to start to narrow down the area with the fault.

Thanks for the suggestion brother. AFM you meant airflow meter that connects to the air filter housing? EFI relay you meant the one in passenger side kick panel? I put new Denso relay, but relay reads only 21 ohms in my meter (both new relay and old relay reads 21 oms). However, the multiple you tube videos said it should ready between 50-150. :-(

The EFI relay is actually on the passenger side engine bay by the air filter housing. The airflow meter is that silver/black unit attached to the air filter housing. Check out these pages from the FSM. There is a bit more info in the FSM but this gives you a start. As for the ohms readings, if your new one and old one read the same, I am sure they are fine. Not sure what the youtube videos are. The relay should be opening and closing with the voltage on and off. A ohm reading of the coil inside will not fully tell you its good or not.
