lol. I doubt 2 Tbs of soy is going to kill you. This marinade/sauce is good enough to drink.

You want the salty umami from the shoyu, you could use a mushroom powder or aged miso instead if you prefer… but really a barrel aged shoyu is the way to go.

Back in a pasted life I learned to make sushi for a small Japanese startup. I got pretty good with my Japanese but only know a few words now. I do remember the word for soy sauce, though. Along with a bunch of other random foods. Thanks for that @cheeese

Is Carne Estrada the stage name for Eric Estrada or the other way around. ;)
No respect for eric estrada

WTF are you talking about? I'm making Carne Asada, not Miso Soup.

I am looking to obtain a Pertronix Electric Ignition and Flamethrower coil. I reviewed it on $OR, but they are real munsons when listing the part number.
There are several more financially viable options on Amazon, and I’d like to know if anyone knows which one is specific to the 2F.

side note, check out my rad cap

Well well well, looks like I'm back with another lifestyle post.

Canelo Alverez, the pound for pound bet boxer on the planet was set to make a title defense of his super middleweight crown against an out-of-his-league turkish did named Avni Yildirim. Not a particularly stellar opponent or fight, but I felt was appropriate to use this occasion to get some work done on the sweet old pig.

Due to high praise from Alvis, AKA Basura Blanco, getting the Petronix set up was a no brainer, and I hated the idea of rocking stupid Chevrolet parts in my rig. So that was the idea for the weekend, as well as remove the useless smog equipment.

We were able to get most everything sorted out except the missing Rotor that was sourced as a Vato Zone here in town. MADE IN JAPAN.
We decided to kick our feet up and drink Jameson and watch Canelo put Yildirim on Queer Street, and subsequently retiring on his stool at the end of the third. Canelo will next step in the ring with the gypsy brit Billy Joe Saunders on what appears to be a doozy, and likely the next time Alvis steps in Tucson.

All of the disassembly was poorly recorded and documented, however we were able to successfully install the Petronix system without a hitch. What you see above was the ill advised placement of the alternator cables mounted to the battery. It did start the rig, but also created a minor weld. We're geniuses.

We were able to remove all the dumb smog s*** that creates a visual nightmare, but as a result, I have a gaping exhaust leak. This cannot use a block off plate for the EGR, so I might have to get a muffler shop to cut and weld that retaining nut. Unless you guys have any other suggestions.

At this point the rig runs, with minor to-dos that my small brain should be able handle, such as linking up the fuel system, mounting up the flame thrower, and getting some electrical tidbits situated. What a ****ing weekend.

Ciao
