Dual front shocks Question (1 Viewer)

Greetings,
I am currently trying to get a '71 cruiser road worthy. When I bought it, it had dual front shocks (see pics). The pasanger side lower mount appears to have a bolt broken off and requires repairs. Is this a good setup to have? the vehicle has 33" tires and a mild shackle lift. Is this part prone to failure? If so, should I just put it back to stock? Opinions wanted. Thanks!

i probably wouldn't use that setup. if you get a set of ford shock towers, or make some, it would be a better setup. dual shocks can end up being a pain in the butt. IMO

Ditch the duals. Go with single stock.
