I haven't been following the particulars, but this is for the DT Headers with the stock exhaust? Nice.

...Not much will be gained on the trail...
Really? So you don't ever use 4L?
2500-4000 is a totally reasonable and usable range in the lower gearing, and WOT is not at all uncommon on climbs and at altitude. There are apparently some real and accessible torque gains to be had offroad as well if the data are accurate.
Don't be mesmerized by the peak numbers. Sure 12 ft/lbs improvement at ~ 32-3300 rpms is good but look at the difference a 3k! It's probably very close to double that with a 20+ ft/lb gain at the wheels. That's nothing to sneeze at for a stock ~ 300 ft/lbs at the engine. The torque is pretty flat from 3-4k now as opposed to falling off steadily from 3.3k on the stock curve. Also look at the bump around 4200, that looks to be a 25 ft/lb gain there. You can easily run steady at +4k in 4H/2nd on long climbs up steep passes.
Granted though this is for a 2000 without VVT or a 5sp so as always YMMV. Would be interesting to see some comparos across years. Perhaps more people will be encouraged or if DT sells enough sets they'll do their own. Always prefer to see non-sponsored dynos though.

Also keep in mind that you're looking only at a WOT curve. We rarely operate at the points on that curve.

CappyKD - get on it. For starters it should naturally cost less than the Borla system from years back but also contain the same DT quality we've come to love.
I spoke to them about doing a Cat-Back for us 100 owners and he said if we can get 25 commitments / deposits that they will do it. I volunteered my 100 for the design / test fit. Don't have too many details yet, but I will pull this together and start a seperate thread. It will be after the SEMA show that they start on the build.
I am on it. Contacting Nick today to discuss.
