I need to start measuring. How do you guys run power to the roof without drilling. I have a snorkle and thought id run it up that.

I ran the harness up the side of the A-pillar, secured it with a clear epoxy. I can grab some photo's in the AM for you if you would like.

Shane- Sent you an email

You can run 1/2 loom up the windshield seal, it snaps into place on a 100 series.

I have an 80 so it wont snap in but i would like to see pics of your solutions.

anyone know where to buy the aurora rigid copy lights? could not find an online store for them....

They are not legal to sell in the US. You will have to source them direct from China. I can send a few emails and see if I can't get one shipped to me with the future group buy.

When's the group buy?

Thanks for the heads up on this Nick. I look forward to seeing what's offered.

Just to toss it out there and not to steal thunder from the group buy, (very interested to see that product btw) but I have a buddy bringing in the china ones. I've been very impressed with the 40" and 6" bars. Just got three 14" bars for testing. If anyone is looking for bars or rounds fast he got a stock order today. PM me for details, I'll arrange a MUD discount.

Matt

I should be posting the information/pricing in the AM.

Sure thing Jon, let me know if you have any other questions.

I am trying to source relay harness for this group buy as well. Also, LabRak has agreed to offer their new light bar mounts and drop brackets for the smaller lights at a 10% discount. These only work for flat racks, however the drop brackets for the lights/antennas may work for other racks. More details to come on them, I will be posting pictures of the light bars and the LabRak mounts soon. The light bars in the group buy will have mounts, however for those who want to mount to a roof rack and have them sit low, the LabRak mounts will work perfectly.

Don't have an 80 or 100, but wanna follow this for my 62

All "series" are welcome. I will be posting the GB thread in the AM once I nail down pricing, shipping costs, and any other details in the 80 Series Tech thread (OK'd by moderators), as well as the "Merchandise Storefront" under Vendors Market.

I'll be linking both threads to each other.

On a side note, if anybody has any questions prior to the GB, wether technical information or shipping questions, please feel free to email me at info@expeditionlighting.org. I can either give you guys a phone call or reply to the email.

Nick

Probbaly not much use to you guys in the USA but i have a britelight led tech bar from AU, its pretty well built and tough, extremely happy with the light output for a 22" bar, well above my expectation anyway and love the way it looks at home in the bar, would love to chuck a stealth one on the roof too.

These pics show the difference of the bar on and off, they dont show my normal lights output very well but none the less it gives an idea of how much light the bar puts out.

yeah, I bet you can get them to ship to you direct from china. I was able to get two of the 2 stroke bicycle kits from china that are supposedly illegal here in CA shipped to me.

don't forget me, i have not had time to call but definately interested.

I got your email, I haven't had time to response to the last one but I will get on that tonight for you.

As for everybody interested. All the information will be posted around noon tomorrow. I had to make sure all the shipping/payment/info things were correct before I start.

I'm definitely in for the GB! Thanks for pulling some strings on your end, and it is nice to hear all the tech that goes along with these style of lights.:)

Looking forward to pricing details :)

Just spoke with my agent in China today. I've had him on a project to find me the highest quality LED light bars in Guangdong, and it looks like he's found a reliable supplier.

I'm getting specs and a sample sent to me, so I will report back on my analysis.
