I doubt that's it. If I have to pull the manifold again I might as well put the stock injectors back in. Pita.
I have had it happen on brand new Injector Dynamics injectors, and OEM porsche injectors. It might not be, just offering the suggestion.

Ill give it a shot when I pull it apart again. Not thrilled.
Yeah I know how you feel, I did it 3 times on my GT-R with the ID1000's. Sucks.

Definitely the injectors. I put stock back in and everything is fine.
I would definitely clean them in alcohol.

Tried it, no change. Moved the injectors and the problem followed the same three.

Does the pintle freely move? You should be able to push it.

Is it a mission to get the injectors in and out.
They are brand new but pulled out from the supercharged vehicle before they are sold as the vehicles have lpg conversions done on them.

Pintle cap? The pintle itself is solid with the four tiny holes in it.

Ive never had issues like this before with any injectors new or used. It's odd.
No I assumed the replacements were a single spray.
If they are not yeah don't mess with them and send them back.

No they look like the oem injectors, flat bottom with 4 holes.

Injector Installation
1) Remove throttle body and tie out of the way, no need to disconnect any coolant hoses.
2) Remove upper intake manifold and tie out of the way
3) Remove fuel rail and put in new injectors.
Somehow I was able to pull the egr pipe and install a block off plate without removing the intake manifold. Small hands!

Steve said there have been 5 bad injectors out of the past 250 which is unusual for a Denso injector. I will be sending them all back.
Are you going to use the same ones or buy different types.

Is it worth putting brand new gasket back in between the manifold top and bottom?

The gaskets are all metal so there's no point in new ones.
I found the same injectors locally for around $430 for all 6 brand new. Should have them Friday.

Yeah I found EFI Hardware to be very high priced to what we could get here in the US.

I couldnt find any other supplier using the 854-450 part number. When I got the package, the number 195500-4450 was on it. I was able to find quite a few places in the states that carried that number.
They also have options for bigger injectors if I ever get to that point.
