I have also forgotten a lot of sh-t since then![]()
I'd be happy to send you my 2F intake and milled to fit 3FE exhausts...your 2F gasket WILL work with those. I'll even take that POS 3F manifold to the dump for you...Need 2' more to make the loop.

2F gaskets won't work on 3F manifold to 2F head, either.

Let's hope 3FE does, 'cause it's a long wait for 3F from Japan...
Debil's in the details....
is it just the casting sticking into the portway cut out of the gasket?
Did you move the brackets on the radiator?

Going to place a wanted ad, as well, but in need of a '76 and up OE 2F/4speed ebrake cable to send for replication and extension.
Looks like the ports line up.
Why do you need to have gasket material around the bolt holes?
Why do you need to have gasket material around the bolt holes?
I''l look to see if mine is still floating around and get it headed your way, is it just the cable you need or cable and all the bracketry?
I would think that without gasket material there, the likelihood of warping (or cracking) the manifold in those areas increases since there is nothing to fill the gap there.
Couid it be a uniform surface/thickness between the two mating surfaces?
Or bare metal of head and manifold touching?
Assumptions on my part, because, in all honesty, I don't know....
I say so b/c I want you to go forward with that plan so I can just copy the condenser you source!![]()
I see daylight between the fan and rad; what the prollem is?
"Eh, whats the worst that could happen?" (famous last words. lol)
