Meet at Pisgah Inn for Lunch at 11:30

Travel from there to Mt Mitchell Via Blue Ridge Parkway. Hang out in shelter and enjoy the views.

This is one of UC's signature events we hold each year. Held right in the middle of October to enjoy the peak fall colors. This event is for all cruiserheads and all vehicles. No scratches on this event, all paved roads.

We meet on the Blue Ridge Parkway at Pisgah Inn for lunch around 11:30. Usually takes a bit to get everyone a table. But the food and view of Pisgah National Forrest are worth it. Once done we will travel up the Blue Ridge Parkway to Mt Mitchell State Park and take in the views from being at the tallest point east of the Mississippi. We usually hang out for a couple hrs exploring the area and then head out. Camping, Hiking and just enjoying the views are what most people do after.

I'm planning on heading over to Asheville and staying downtown Sat and hitting the Biltmore and getting drunk wine testing on Sunday.

I will be in Asheville all weekend that weekend from Thurs. night to Sun. night. Don't know how my time will work out but if at all possible I plan on breaking away and joining up at some point in the ride.

WELCOME! Don't be a stranger, there are a few UC guys here in Asheville, sort of the North Country for UC. I'm headed for Nashville Saturday to do a little cross state cycling.
