I was able to find them for the 2003-2007 models, but i have not been able to even locate a part # for the earlier models such as my 2001 LX470. They’re currently in Memphis Tennessee (the Prius wiper kits). $10 says they will sell out immediately. I’ve already order 20x more

So the press tool is actually reversible/ symmetrical (can fit in at 0 or 180°). It could say "front" or have a mark of some kind to designate orientation, but it would be up to the user to orient the bushing/ tool correctly relative to each other prior to installing.


Thinking on it some more- if there is a mark on the bushing to designate front, then yeah, it would be a good idea to put a mark on the press tool to line it up. Then you'd just have to remember to point both pieces forward.

That’s a good call to keep price down. May be a little harder to recognize the matching up of the nub but maybe include a simple install guide on like a business card size paper in a bag.

I’ve got more wiper kits en route 👍🏼 they’re hard to keep on the shelf 😂

As for the bushing press tools, those may be a while before I have an ETA. Had issues with manufacturing them for a reasonable cost…to be continued…
