Do you think installing the AHC shock extensions in the front could potentially give me an extra 3/4 of an inch droop? I’m thinking about doing some kind of space or something just to get a little bit extra droop. I’m not using a sensor lift. Trying to find something like that, and came across your stuff. Thx
You'll need to do a fair amount of trial and error/research to figure out how they will work with your shocks and how much you'll need to drop the front bump stops (to prevent blowing up the shocks).

I actually removed mine up front and only run them in the rear. Most setups will require a limiting strap so you don't bind the CV axles or UBJs. Eventually I'll buy a shock with the correct stroke like Icons or Kings instead of fooling with spacers up front. The juice ain't worth the squeeze for my setup but may be for others. They work phenomenally with AHC since the rams do not top out like conventional shocks would.

Don’t bother with Icon. Absolute junk.

A few notes on the OEM cabin air filter retrofit kit:

(this one's fresh on my mind since I just completed this install on a 2005LC)

  • Cruiser Patch kits include step-by-step printed instructions
  • 1998-2007 LX470 came equipped with cabin air filters
  • 1998-2007 Land Cruiser had cabin air filters as optional equipment
  • the cheapest way to do this mod is to cut out a hole in the original evap cover (88891-60080)
  • damaging the fins on the evaporator could cause a coolant leak. be careful when cleaning etc.
  • tools required: JIS screwdriver(s), 10mm wrench/socket, small prybar or stick/vacuum (clean the evaporator)
  • easiest to remove 10mm bolt holding glove box trim (see photo below)

more details:
  • if the provided OEM gasket does not prevent leaking, use FIPG to seal the evaporator
  • it's easiest to pull the evap. cover out the bottom - it's tight but it works
  • be careful not to damage any wiring, especially around the airbag sensor (suspended from yellow wires in photo above)
I received my order fast and the packaging was nice! Very professional! I installed the new cover pretty easily. Instead of the tight push out the bottom, I took the glove box latch receiver off with one screw and ran the cover up sideways and then rotated it in. It’s the road less traveled but way less of a tight squeeze for me. Very happy with the purchase! Thank you!

FYI I will not be restocking these Vessel Screwdrivers. Had issues with pricing from my supplier.

I've figured out a way to get them directly from Japan so I will be changing up the tools I will have available. If you want some JIS screwdrivers for a good deal, this would be a great time to buy (CROCKIES20 for 20% off through July 15th)

Fine... Just don't tell my wife that I'm buying yet *another* tool for the LX...

Ordered the 100 series cabin filter retrofit kit. Arrived in a few days and installation was actually pretty easy (provided you have a spare hour or so, and there are no women or children around). I highly recommend picking up a kit. After a week or so all the dust accumulation that would normally be on the dash after a wipe-down is notably absent.

Edit: Can't believe I waited until 298k miles to do this. Been dealing with a dusty cabin since 2010... D'oh!

Okay I'm back in from Cruisers on the Rockies (*phew what a trip*). Thanks to @ga12r1 for putting on such a great event! We'll see you again in October at COTR4!

I'll be donating a fair amount of awesome 100/200 series goodies to Cruisers on the Rocks this year (registration just opened up) so be sure to grab a ticket and get your name in that raffle!

Just restocked a TON of popular kits on CruiserPatch.com (including, you guessed it, PRIUS WIPER ARM KITS) I'm adding prius wiper arm refills to the site in case anyone needs to replace the wiper blade in the future. Mine has not enjoyed all the mud and crap from off-roading but they all have the same issue.

Also also- new OEM brass heater tees are making their way to the site right now. They're available for sale but I haven't had a chance to finish the photography for them yet. These will replace the Autotecnica black-painted Aluminum heater tees which I had previously been selling. OEM or bust, amright? (a common argument against metal heater tees is "it's not OEM" so here ya go! Have some MegaCruiser tees - also used in the 70, 76, 79, 80 series). Just like the Prius wiper arm kits (which are actually 'Alphard' wiper arm kits), the OEM brass tees are NOT available for purchase domestically. A dealership will not be able to order these parts for you since they were not used in U.S. spec vehicles.

*used in 70 series Cruisers, 80 series Cruisers, and Toyota Mega Cruisers. The aftermarket Autotecnica aluminum heater tees have been phased out on CruiserPatch.com in exchange for these OEM brass tees. Any chance to go OEM is preferred to aftermarket even if they still work.

Door moulding kits and quarter window moulding kits are back in stock!

I'm finally mostly caught up on orders since leaving for Cruisers on the Rockies. Thanks for everyone's patience. Had a blast in Colorado!

@cruiserpatch is there an install video for the quarter window molding kit??

Appreciate you
No but I did make an interior removal video see link:

It’s necessary to remove the rear quarter glass but from there it’s self explanatory (trim tools and a screwdriver)

Any idea when the CV seal tool will be back in stock?

You don’t happen to have a hose kit for all the damn hoses that come off of the air box by chance? At 291k I think it’s about time.
