Toyota 4WD IFS CV axle seal driver Special Service Tool 09550-00032 replica​

These are currently available for preorder. Expected to ship late April 2024- the finished product is engraved with the SST part no. and anodized black.

These are CNC'd out of Aluminum 6061-T6 with a tolerance of +/- 0.13mm

10 Units are being produced currently. More will be made as demand requires. 2 units are spoken for/already preordered.
Feedback is welcome as these tools are made for you all just as much as they're helpful for me.

I find that I never need the rear heat, and would have gotten this kit if I hadn't already had OEM tees, hoses and clamps in my parts stash

Since I just did a full cooling system replacement, I'll plan to do this mod in 2031 when it's time to replace the tees.

100 Series 2UZ-FE PCV valve kit​

Back in stock 4/4/24

The 100 Series PCV valve system was updated twice over the course of its run.

• 01.1998-06.2000:
  • small, RH bank outlet hose (OEM ventilation hose no. 2) 12262-50030 marked with yellow
• 06.2000-08.2002:
  • larger, RH bank outlet hose (OEM ventilation hose no. 2) 12262-50080 marked with white
• 08.2002-08.2007:
  • screw-type PCV valve added (no more pesky grommets falling into the valve cover)
  • hose no. 1 updated

I recommend changing the PCV valve at the same time as the Valve Cover Gaskets on the 98-02 Land Cruiser and LX470. The OEM rubber grommets have a nasty habit of falling into the VC at the worst possible times, then necessitating a VC job- better just to knock them out together.

100 Series 2UZ-FE Accessory Belt Idler Pulley​

This part is an assembly that's been fairly well documented in some other threads. The center 'bushing' comes pre-installed in this pulley with the bearing. There are two part numbers relevant to this assembly:

1. 16604-50030 made in JAPAN
2. 16604-0F010 made in CANADA

If you take 16604-50030 to any Toyota dealership, the pulley they will give you is actually 16604-0F010 from Canada. As far as reliability and QC is concerned, I don't have any definitive proof that one is better than the other- I just prefer my parts be made in Japan.

I do not stock 16604-0F010 in my serpentine belt refresh kits or alone. I only sell 16604-50030 since I only sell parts that I would run personally.

Got the OEM fuel filter in, along with new fuel pump, strainer, wiring harness and wired the secondary indicators and driving lights on the ARB front bumper.

Extensions had a mixup from Japan - they didn’t make it into the latest shipment. Expected back in stock next week.

Prius wiper kits may be a little longer but 2-3 weeks max.
