Howdy mud, I’m looking for an early (square pattern) FJ60 steering gear box, ideally in good shape or freshly rebuilt but would also consider a core to send out for a rebuild. My box is trashed and I don’t want my only vehicle out of commission for as long as it’ll take to have its box rebuilt!

Don’t know if this would work for you.

I just replaced the box in our May ‘85 FJ60 with a RedHead rebuild. This one would benefit from a going through, and I could even ship it to the rebuilder with your name on it.

Man I wish I could pop on that but that is definitely the later box. Appreciate it tho!
