With the parking brake...did you have to do any mods to the cable set up?
I snagged it thinking that it MIGHT work, but wasnt sure if it actaully WOULD or not.
Do you have any pics of where you mounted it?

Thanks for the props!

Sounds like I need to make a trip over the hill and pay a visit :flipoff2:

NICK

Thanks Nick.
Im tryin!

Thanks for posting your build and pics I have been laid up. Had some minor back surgey and some problems following and this helps pass the time. I will be doing some of the same mods to mine when healed up. Could not take it any longer after scrolling through your build and torn the inside out and getting ready to spray a liner in it. May have over done it but worth it.

Thought so, didn't look like theirs for some reason.

May have been because of the gusset, which I made out of some 4x4x1/4" box tube....

Im on a limited comp access here in Chicago, but did that hanger in the front interfere with the PS conversion?

Cant quickly access the pic right now.

No problems here because of the outboarding. I have uploaded a few pics for your viewing pleasure once you leave the Chity. :flipoff2:

Edit: I plated the drivers side frame horn before I welded on the plate. I bought the plates from Georg.

Thanks for the pics brotha!
Do you have any of the plates welded in?
Did you end up sleeving the hole in the x member?
Any way to re enforce the lower part of the plate, or do you see it as an issue? Seems those 2 lower bolts are kinda hangin out in sort of a limbo stat.
I got the plate set up from Georg as well.

Just got home yesterday! Its soooooo good to be back home with my wife and dog!

19 x 22 in, PS inlet and outlet, griffin aluminum radiator is in the house!
Gonna have to mod the stock Radiator support though...
Its a bit tight front to rear.
Im thinking that I might cut the support around the perimeter (in half) and making like a "clam shell" out of it. This will allow fitment, and also clamp the radiator in place...Theoretically any way.

Anyone have any other ideas they'd like to share regarding this?

Thank,

K

I guess you could add a 45 plate in there if you feel the need.
It looks like out boarding the springs actually helps you out compared to mine

Sleeve the frame. Seriously.

I was planning on that...
What dia./ ga. tube is that?
Seems that would be the best thing to do!
