well i can understand the project sitting to long is hard to get moving again. my poor 60 is a victim of this

Rear floor pan is in and finished!
That is the last of the MAJOR body work. Now its just fillin in the holes, chopping the other fender, stripping the rest of the paint and little bondo and clean up then PAINT.

Pics of the floor pan. 12 ga steel used. I also had added some 3/16 plate under for bracing, but I didnt get any pics of that...
The progress is looking great man, keep it up!!!

So last night my wife went out for a girls night with her friends, I was left all alone with Jezebel. Chopped the rockers up to the body mounts, found a rust hole that needed to be patched where the rear meets the front of the cab behind the PS seat. After that I went at her with a wire wheel and stripped ALL the paint off the outside of the tub.
There are still a few areas the need addressing...
In the floor pan in the cab, there are some holes that appear there were once some of those rubber bushings in. Anyone know where to GET those rubber bushings? If I cant find em, Ill patch em...
There on the front where the antenna goes...looks as if the PO had cut the hole with a BLOW TORCH to run an antenna...That Ill have to patch as well.
Next is to flip the tub over and clean the under side, then Bondo, then paint!

Be sure to leave enough holes for water to drain out of the passenger compartment floor pan. You want to be able to hose the interior out and have the water drain.
