Nope. We're really laid back. Find others in camp who want to do your difficulty level (ask at the registration tent if you don't know anyone on-site) and go enjoy yourselves. The private land trails on Friday and Saturday do require an ONSC leader but the URE forest trails do not.

Newbie here, trying to follow the FAQ. If I’m in an 80, is there organized trail runs, or would I be on my own?

John's answer to an earlier question is a very good summary for your consideration, but it is good to emphasize that you won't be on your own if you want to be with a group. The key is simple ... walk around and get to know a few people. This will lead to connections as groups come together with similar interests. And each day you will likely meet a few more people.

I have only attended a handful of Runs; so far, each year I make new connections with great people.

Registered. Bringing a LC nut from Vermont and either his 40 or 60 (registering on his own). My son is committing to driving the my truck on the trails- has a lot to learn on a clutch.
Getting my 3rd exhaust done on it tomorrow to at least be slightly less obnoxious.

Id call it a relic....it's 25 years old.

Despite the fact that most 80 series are now 30+ years old we will always classify relics as 1989 and below, it's more about the era of vehicles less the specific age.
