Her justification was that if it only good enough to haul my FJ40.5 to Moab and Iowa and back but it is is not good enough to take it to Alaska and back, maybe I need to get rid of it and get something more reliable.

How could you make that truck more reliable? Cummins = stupid reliable for 200k miles or more.

Upgraded to a commercial size battery. Making a battery tray that will hold a 62lb battery is a little more complex than it appears.
