Two common aircraft paint brands are PPG and Endura.

Aircraft expand and contract rapidly, this paint is a bit flexible. If they prep the surface correctly it bonds very well. That's why I recommend aircraft re-finishers. They already should know how to do it. If you are in a place outside of USA or Canada I am guessing the costs come down quite a bit. In USA or Canada our environmental standards and work safe requirements are quite high and the paint is very toxic. It contains isocynide.
I am in Morocco, Africa.

We are painting Nulla. Thx to your responses. We know that majority voted no, most of the concerns are about the correct process of painting aluminum. When we got here we found out that several EU aluminum campers have ready been painted here. They are highly recommended by EU camper owners. Here is their website Garage Chez Farih We are in Tafraout, Morocco camped in front of the paint shop 😂🙏

the blue is nice. Maybe even a new blue like the tundra's are getting. It's kind of a lighter blue.

Colour is important for international travel. White screams UN, and tan or green looks military which you don't want to be identified as.

Red looks like a first responder, your would look like big ambulance or fire truck.

I think with blue or a maybe even a silver colour it may look less intimidating and civilian.

That kid in the nike shirt. That's the colour! It's kind of a medium but brighter blue. LOL

voodoo blue and cavalry blue. I like em both.

Looks sharp! I like how the hinges are silver. They did a nice job.

I'd recommend that you check the charge voltage requirements for your Odyssey batteries (it should be listed on the battery label). I believe they require something like 14.5 volts to charge properly, which is higher voltage than many alternators and chargers will put out. If your charging systems aren't putting out the required voltage, your batteries were never being fully charged, hence the early demise.
Or even more voltage. They do have bad batteries occasionally, but I have found use lead acid for primary battarey and agm for controlled charging.

Hello IH8MUD family. We are currently in Fuseta, Portugal. We are enjoying Portugal and doing another Nulla upgrade to get her ready for our next destination, Mongolia. We are installing a 140 liter water tank, gray water tank and maybe a Webasto water heater. There are other up grades, will keep you posted. Thx BTW how do I remove the poll at
the top of my thread? Thx

I switched the poll to close tomorrow. So it will still show up, but will no longer be an option for someone to vote.
