Nice to see with all the suspension work, they still flex like a brick!
Great pic!
What suspension work ?
For the most part it's stock, small lift & rear sway bar 🤷‍♂️
But ya at that point it started to unload in the front. That's why I stopped and backed up

Before it got dark that day that picture had made it through the Cruiser community all the way to Montana and back to me via a text. 😂

Found some more pictures from that day on my album that feature your cruiser- i don't know if these ones would have made it to ya. just a couple nice scenery shots.

i put a very over saturated preset on these pictures initially, might back it off a bit next time

I always thought that this style of photography actually matched how I saw Moab through my sunglasses. So a lot of my photos from Moab look like this.

Nice pics, and neat ‘wheeling action, as always on these pages.

It’s been too long -I hope I’ll make it back to Moab soon.

Yeah, not knocking anything you've done.

Amazing how well they work with a few mods, or none, and where they will go, and how predictable and stable they can be.
They are never gonna flex like a buggy, and they don't need to.

Great pictures, really hope to make it to Moab someday, to wheel and MTB. Hey Broski, do you carry a spare tire? Where do you keep it?

Did you fabricate the cage? Nice use of space. My spare just sits under a net when it’s not on the roof. Something a little more secure would be nice.

If you have something smaller than a 39 this is an idea

Yes, I have looked into this tire carrier but I don’t have 3rd row seating or the mounts.

I thought someone sold a mount that didn't need it

Yes I fabricated it myself.
My Rig see's a lot of hard core wheeling so having the spare secure is a high priority. keeping a low center of gravity was also a priority.
The cage is lightweight keeps the tire secure but need no tools to access it. The cage also doubles as a camping gear shelf that I can secure all my camping gear to but not have to unload the gear to access the spare tire, tools or recovery gear.
I'm sure it's not for everyone but it works well for me

I have something similar but I use some destaco latches and the rack is on a giant hinge kinda thing so it clamps the tire when closed

That's a yuge bitch! ;) Broski, I don't know why I'm not getting notifications for your build, but I'm glad I stumbled upon it again. Love the pics and adventure...what's next?

Mine is envious of yours, she has been cooped up for too long!

Same thing happens to me on threads I'm watching 🤷‍♂️ I wish they could fix it. You have to unwatch then watch it again 🤨

Ouray Colorado for SAS it's a great event incredible scenery, trails are over the high mountain passes pretty easy. You just don’t want to miss a turn or go over the edge
It's a family oriented event and I think you and your family would enjoy it, and no worries about damaging that sweet 80 😂
