I have been getting many request for a passenger side mount tire carrier. Because of how many request I've gotten just this week I will start production on fully welded passenger side tire carriers. I'm waiting on supplies (everything is slow with the holidays) so please give me a few extra weeks to get production ready. The option has been added to the website and is ready to take orders.

I am also slightly increasing the price, as stated earlier, I am adding much more to the packaging to ensure they arrive in good shape. I don't want to skimp on this.

I appreciate all the support!

Awesome on the PS!

WHEN is the price going up, or has it? And what is the new price?

I want to get one but I need to wait until after the new year.

Any update on when the license plate bracket could be ready?

I don't have an exact time. Finally caught up with orders from the holiday today. I will be designing stuff next week. I will work it in there.

I plan to offer something, but if you need it sooner..itza beast came up with a simple solution. Quoting him:
"I saw where guys have asked about the license plate relocation. I purchased one from Amazon (was for a Jeep - had to mod the lug pattern side slightly) and then used my trailer pig tail for a power source. I used a trailer harness and some bullet connectors to allow for disconnection when the spare is needed."

I think all he had to do what slightly grind the corners. The bottom lug goes through the hole of the holder and the rest sandwiches between the wheel and tire carrier. There are some pictures in the weld it yourself thread. Maybe he can chime in if you need clarification.

RHD version available? For us HDJ81 folks.
edit: never mind, I see the option on the site. 👍

I’ll definitely be purchasing the license relocation/rotopax mount once you get it completed!

Thank you very much for getting our orders built so quickly. Super happy with everything so far and very excited.

New price went live this morning. $850
$850 isn't bad at all! And that's still powder coated and shipped?

Thanks!

That includes shipping, but does not include powder coat.
Sounds good, thanks!
Planning on ordering after the new year!

80 Life is correct. The price includes domestic shipping in the US. The tire carriers are shipped bare steel. No paint, no powder coat.
Sounds good, thanks!

For those of you who have 91-92 FJ80s and have the bumper support brackets welded onto the frame…. Know that it will be a B!*#$ to cut and grind off. Idk what Toyota did, but it’s like they forged that MFer on!
