They come all strung together on one long strand. I just Cut off what I wanted. I ran 4 up front per side and 5 out back in the center since I was covering more area and also wanting to light up my drivetrain.

So I still have some to make an under hood light and maybe something else if I can think of anything. I will try and get ya some pics this weekend, its over in storage right now.

Up front on each side I have 3 mounted to the firewall right in front of the body mount and one facing straight down right beside the body mount.
Out back since I am bobbed my tailgate is a lot closer to the diff than a regular 60 and I stuck 3 in the middle directly below the tailgate and on either side I of that I have 2 facing towards the front of the truck.

Since they are all strung together just get power to one and good to go. I used the 3M tape they come with to attach them and then ran some self tapping screws into the 2 little tabs on em to secure em through the texas heat combines with the mud and water they will be submerged in frequently.

You gotta love deal extreme. The lights are a great idea, I might have to pick some up to light up my engine bay.

That's what I plan to do with one of the squares at some point. Not a big issue but could be handy now and then as we do a lot of night wheeling.

What happens when you floor it up a slick hill with some deep ruts 3/4 the way up that have a lip and much softer ground?

You do a wheelie!!

What happens when you stay on it hoping the coming bounce will get you up that last little bit you need to get enough bite to be the only one to make it?

Did you flop it backwards? Haha

You loose a front drive shaft!

It sheered all 4 bolts to the front shaft at the transfer case and dropped the shaft out.

14 bolt u joint strap bolts with some washers borrowed from a jeeps street lock wheels and some nuts for a u bolt style u-joint strap for a Dana 60 had me wheeling again.

The jeep YJ with 60 / 14 combo I enjoy wheeling with. 4 linked rear on air shocks, leaf front.

Aww I was hoping it rolled haha.

I like all the lights y'all have for night wheeling!

The jeep I was following trying this first and taking out his front shaft. Broke the u-joint straps on the front dana 60.

And having to back out of the creek we went through to get to the climb with rear only.

Yea, we usually do a LOT of night wheeling. I got there at 7pm yesterday and the sun was gone this time of year and left around 2am.

We go to Clayton OK. and do some day runs, then come back to camp and eat and rest then go back out and keep wheeling till we are all to tired or are to broke to continue on. So the lights under the rigs are a must for even getting an idea of what may be hiding in the shadows (a lot still hides!). I have always enjoyed night wheeling.

There is video of my wheelie and break floating around someplace that I am trying to find / get them to post up. When they do I will put it here.

All and all I had a good night. I beat the hell out of the truck last night and it just took it. Exhaust hanger came loose again, and my right rear shock mount came loose (I didnt get good penetration when I welded it on, my fault, I knew it was a cold weld when I did it too... :bang:)

Transmission lost 3rd gear a couple of weeks ago (knew something was about to happen) but I really thought first was gonna be the one to go by the way it was acting. So when I drop it I may swap the transfer case for a Dana 300 or a NP205 (wanting something stronger that the 3 speed case under there) if I can find an adapter to mate up to my toybox then also may pull the motor for my 350 (if I finish it in time) and do a shackle reversal and wheel base stretch up front and put the Dana 60 under it. May wait on the full hydro to save funds and get it all together sooner and see if a saginaw pump will help my ram assist with keeping up better. With the leafs up front I will go all the way forward as I can on the frame which is about 3 inches or so, hopefully it will be worth the effort for the small stretch. Then 4 linking the rear will be next.

Only thing that will be the same when I got it at that point will be the body and cage for the most part. outside that, it will have all new (or pretty much) running gear, engine, possible transfer case, axles, new rear suspension, and re doing the front entirely by out boarding the springs and stretching it out. I will also set the front up for some long shackles for lots of droop. if no 4 link in rear I will lop off the shackle hangers and move them as well for some nice long shackles and lots of droop there too as the rear really does lack in the flex department. It makes it really hard to follow linked trucks when still running the most basic spring over setup you can for suspension. Dont get me wrong, I get it there (or damn close!) but it does take some more work and time on my part and finding that perfect line that the truck will bite on and make it climb up. also all the guys I run with all run 42's and one or 2 on 43's so I am pretty much the smallest tired rig right now too, so big under cut ledges give me some issues.

I found the V8 bell-housing and fly wheel ... Let's make a deal :D

Sounds like there won't be much left of my all Toyota Truggy :(

So you ready for round up ???
