Of course, I ordered the "Make 1" for my son's 100 series, just days before the "Make 5" was announced

My son loves the look of it, and can't wait to do the install, to move his Scangauge from the steering column, to the unused "garage door opener" space. I doubt I'll be able to talk him into painting it, but just maybe, I can talk him into sanding it.

Guessing the only option for fitting these in a 98 lx would be to cut out the correct size for the new plate and install from there?

Or the alternative of chasing down a LC overhead console, and giving up the OEM LX Homelink...

Even you cut the opening, there is no mounting point for this part. The four screw holes on the overhead console are used to fix the mount.

Darn it. Didnt think of that part. Guess I'm off to track down an lc part instead. Love the idea if dual switches AND a scanguage. Losing homelink doesnt bother me. Since I replaced garage door opener I can use it anymore anyway.

Managed to fit one rocker switch and one dual USB extension port at the change pocket.
I have an aftermarket unit which has two USB ports, one for ApplePlay, the other for connecting a flash drive (with music).

Now I have three versions of the change pocket mount.

Left: Mounts one rocker switch.
Middle: Mounts one Blue Sea Dual USB Ports.
Right: Mounts one rocker switch and one square dual USB extension port.

@BenCC I deleted the Nav on my 02. Part of that process is removing the CD changer in the center console. Now I have a huge empty black hole that isn't really useable.
A new pocket of some sort would be great for that.
I can get a photo tomorrow.

Tested the new print. I like it so much I just left it on my truck.

Not sure if it is possible to make a small pocket that can be inserted in the previous opening or if it's possible to make something that can replace the entire console insert to make one big area.
