WOW, what a slew of posts loaded and ready to fire in one shot. The organization alone is impressive!
Been working on it for a while. I have a couple of weeks off of work, the kids have all left after Christmas, and it has been raining all weekend. I figured I would take the opportunity to finish it up. :)

A couple of weekends ago, I installed a Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty brake controller, prior to a trip down to Pismo Beach with the RZR. It was a fairly easy install, with the most difficult part running the trailer brake control wire back to the trailer plug on the rear bumper. I was able to poke it through the rubber grommet at the very back of the driver's side rear quarter panel, which comes out by the spare tire. The control unit just fit under the kick panel to the left of the driver's side dead pedal.

The brake controller has an adjustable dial which I mounted in the empty button area where the diff stitch is on earlier models. It fit nicely there, and there was plenty of room behind it (the dial has a pretty large control unit that goes behind it).

Something else I read about and thought would be a good idea to do, was to replace the factory bump stops with the Perry Parts front and rear bump stops. I sprayed all of the factory ones with PB Blaster, and let that sit overnight. Removal of the front ones was tough, but luckily the old ones came out in one piece. I would recommend an 18" crescent wrench or something similar for the front ones. It came in VERY handy.

I'm looking at swapping in Perry Parts bump stops. I also run the Dobs 3" IMS shocks, and I'm trying to figure out if I need the standard length or extended bump stops. Which length did you go with and what are your thoughts?

Love the rig btw.

I went with standard. You prob would not need extended unless you had over 3” or an extended travel shock setup.

Installed the Garage Alpha front grille. I ordered it on Tuesday, and wasn't expecting it to get her so fast...luckily I had 30 minutes to spare to install it. The grill installed in under 5 minutes, but it takes a bit of time to put the letters on before installation.

That looks great!

Finally replaced the rear washer nozzle, as my old one kept falling out. I think the clip that snapped it in broke a while back. The part number for my 2000 LC was 85391-60060, and it fit perfectly. The washer supply hose that it connects to was very short, and difficult to keep from falling back into the door. I used a pair of needle nose with some electrical tap wrapped around them, to hold it tight without damaging the rubber hose.
