A combo mount?

I like the combo mount, but I have the need for more switches. I’d also be interested in another switch panel mounted elsewhere as another member said earlier in the thread.

Which two tabs did you need to remove to have it flush? A or B? I wish I could have access to the overhead panel of later year models.

I think they are referring to the little pocket you can buy from the dealer to add to the center console:

3D scanners are pretty expensive for now. Lower end scanners are barely usable.
For my projects, I just take measurement, print a prototype, measure the deviation, modify the CAD, then print....

I too have an LX and am curious about changing the overhead to a version that can take Ben's inserts. I'm by no means an expert on the parts search but I think it is this one? Can anyone help confirm? Pulled from toyotaparts.mcgeorgetoyota.com looking at a '99 LC.

Really like this idea. My current truck has my ham radio head mounted on the ashtray, but I'd prefer a switch and constant power USB port there.

I'd like to move the ham radio head to the overhead console. Any thoughts on making a universal mount for something like that?

I've got one that you could borrow for a short period of time...

I've got one overhead console with the Lexus Link kit, and another with just the sunglasses holder, but for the moment I only have one later model 100 series.

Should be opposite. I change the mount based on the LX overhead.
