Whoa there. Please don't make more of my comment about sharing designs than it is. It's totally ok to keep his designs to himself. I think it's great work so I said I'd love it if he shares some.
I didn't ask him to share everything he ever makes, however the entire reason that he's able to make those prints is thanks to many, many people who shared their time and work.
Sharing information is the entire purpose of a discussion forum.
This forum is running on open source code that is given away in exactly the fashion that you've just questioned (or laughed at)
That phone in your pocket? It's got open source on it. The web browser you're using? yup.
The 3d printer he's making awesome parts on? I guarantee it's running on open source.
Anyhow, there's a very large community behind open source 3d printing, and it's all about sharing.

So no, I'm not being asinine and asking for free stuff.
I was encouraging someone who's talented to share some of their work with the same community that enabled him to create it in the first place.
Anyhow, great work Benjamin, keep it up.
