The older m90 like mine says Kazuma on the outlet pipe, if that helps. The new version may not be the mp90 but I'm pretty sure it is

Thanks!

I got a couple of additional items for the 80. I haven't watched CL consistently but happened to check the other day and found this Canadian M101 trailer. It was a pretty good deal so I grabbed it.

I also got mt CVT rooftop tent the other day from their group buy. My 80 is still down and I wanted to try it out so my buddy is hauling the trailer with the tent on it via his supercharged 4runner. His tent is on his roof. It will be a nice test of both. I want my set up to be tent on the 80 and canoe on the trailer, just have to get it back on the road

Got to use the trailer and tent, pulled behind my buddy's 4runner to Michigan's UP. Worked great. We had to build a bridge over a mega washout, the trailer rolls along like it wasn't there

I can't wait to get my 80 back on the trail. I just keep hitting snags. My valve lash was supposed to be set by my machine shop but I've got 5 tight intake valves. Now I'm waiting for shims to come in.

That hole doesn't look like much in the picture but that 4runner is lifted/locked with 255/85 tires and we had to winch it along with a hi lift and a cable to a tree

Got my new shims in this week and finally got a chance to put them in and check clearance. All good on intake and exhaust now

Everything torqued and put on the valve cover with new plug seals and gasket

I got mine in singles. I needed six but I did order two extra just in case I needed the next thinner size. Didn't wind up needing them.

Still moving ahead with baby steps but moving. I cleaned up the upper intake to get it ready to go on and noticed how much the egr boss sticks up into the intake, a big restriction I think. I decided to grind it down to improve flow

I also noticed really heavy casting crud on the adapter that came with the TRD kit to replace the throttle body on the intake so I smoothed that up some too

I got some Denso iridium plugs IK20 's two heat ranges colder than stock for running boost. I had to gap them down to .8 mm

Did some powder coating on a few parts. The air cleaner assembly came out nice in satin black and silver on the latches

Getting closer. Hacked back the ems exhaust to test fit the cx racing header. I think I may have to take it to have the new exhaust fabbed before the supercharger and intercooler go on so they can access it

Got her loaded up to go to the exhaust shop. We figured it best to do before the intercooler and supercharger went back on for ease of access

Went to work modding the supercharger for better airflow.

Masked the main body to powder coat. Decided on gloss black and clear

Finished coating

Drove the new needle bearings in the case. Went really well
