Before I worried about OBDII reporting 195F on one 80 and 200F on another 80, I would WANT TO KNOW THE ACTUAL ACCURACY of the temperature sensor...

The factory OBD2 sensors that I have tested were very close, closer than some aftermarket that I have tested. The good thing about them; all are in the same place, so makes for a direct comparison. Have seen aftermarket sensors mounted all over, coolant temp varies depending on where it is in the motor. A sensor mounted in the head will show different than one in the water neck, or in a hose, etc.
