Does any know if they make any noise or rattle while driving or wheeling?

Mine don't. Sometimes stuff inside them does and you just have to lay it out better. Like if I have a 4 point Lug wrench and it is not flat down so it cam move back and forth and clink everytime it does the seeeee saaawwww move.

Mine never did in my 100. Super solid, no noise.

This may be better suited for the stoopid question of the day, but has anyone run just one drawer? I keep the left side 3rd row seat in for the times we pack the whole family in the truck, but it seems to me having the right side drawer would be very helpful. Is it even possible, or do you need both for side to side support?

Pretty sure you can do that and fit just one side of the fit-kit to mate it to the interior. I know you can stack a second drawer on top of another drawer without additional side supports for the second row...so you should be able to to it. Another option for more storage could be stacking two drawers on top of each other, but I'm not sure how safe that would be in a wreck with two stacked though, since your passenger could end up smacking against the side of a very hard, metal drawer(!). Each drawer is a self-contained unit.

It would look something like this (though this looks like a different drawer)...

Alright, I've been kicking tires on a set of drawers for months now. I've finally reached the conclusion that I just don't have time (or all the right woodworking tools) to build something, and even if I did, by the time I buy all the specialty fasteners, rails, etc, etc I would still be at a grand or better for all the materials.

After completing an 1100 mile trip in my 80 with my wife, 2 kids, 3 dogs and 2 cats, I was able to get the WAF high enough to get permission to drop $1500 on a set of drawers (nevermind the fact that $1500 won't cover the trim kit or shipping; we'll discuss that once the CC statement gets here:smokin:). So I've been searching the internet trying to find the best commercially available drawer option for my 80, and I keep coming back to the ARBs. After wasting not less than 10 hours over the past 2 weeks looking for alternatives I stumbled onto this thread, and it pushed me over the edge. I just called Slee and ordered a pair of RDRF1045's (sliding top drawers) with the trim kit. Now I just have to wait for the box to get here and watch the :princess: boil over! <insert drum roll>

GOOD CALL.

ARB drawers are about as good as it gets in that category. Had them in my 100...miss them in my 200...installing in two weeks from Slee.
Same setup too. Both slide-top drawers & trim. You will NOT regret the purchase.

are they deep enough for a shotgun?

I have an 870 tactical that will fit nicely in the drawer. These drawers are just a little too short for most deer rifles (my 270 is 42.5"). I'm also interested in the little nook created between the 2nd row and the front of the drawers. Someone mentioned in this thread (or one of the other 10 drawer threads I read today) that a high lift fits nicely in there, so that might be a nice spot to mount an AR, shotgun, etc.

It's not going to be a box.... Mine showed up on a pallet.

Doh! That's gonna be hard to sneak in the garage!

One would need to slide the 2nd row seats forward to mount a hi lift on the drawers.

So weird that the internal dimensions of the drawers are NOWHERE to be found online. I've looked repeatedly.

Let me know when they are in, I'd love to stop by and see them.

Hopefully I'll have a chance to install mine before the month is out.

Waiting on mine apparently there is a delay on the LC200 fit kit.

I would like a single drawer system so I can utilize
I've got them in my truck. I'm in Erie, can't be to far from you.[/QUOTE
I'm in Lafayette., not far at all

For those with the roller top drawer, when the top is rolled out, does that leave the contents in the drawer exposed? I want it to be as difficult as can be for someone to get into those drawers that shouldn't be gaining access. Is there a compromise of security if you have a roller top?
