Picked up some of the goodies from Rick over at Ralph Hayes Toyota. They donated a lot of good stuff. Favorite so far was this Toyota Nextel jacket. It is all embroidered. Must cost at least 2 or 3 hundred. It's in a large. So big boys look away. Also Rick is donating a navigation system.

Marshall whats the projected timeline for the event? If we are starting at 10 are we doing drawings and stuff before lunch this yr? Might be nice to do all that sitting outside when its not quite as hot.

Drawings will start after lunch. High temp for Sat is 80. I think everyone will be just fine. Plus we have the huge canopy for everyone to sit under if they don't want to be in the sun.

JP can you be in charge of the horseshoe Tournament this year?

4:00 Breakdown and head out to Ceasars Head to go camping.

I bought UC t-shirts for the annual meeting to sell so if you wanting one bring some money. I have sm, med, lg, xl, and big boy size.

Also will have Over The Mountain T-Shirts for sale

As well as the UC hats.

Furthermore Raffle Tickets will be $2 each. We have yet to figure out what will be in it but figure the tires as one. You must be present to enter the raffle.

We will also be collecting dues for those who are due.
