I happens that I'm off the Friday of that weekend.
If you would like help setting up anything at Alan's or Sue's I'm there for you. I also have a big Kelty Sunshade I can bring if you need another shelter beyond the pavilion. I didn't bring it for Tellico because I wasn't getting there until long after setup. If you need me Friday I will need a pass to get on the property.
I will, however, plan to go home to Cherrydale Sat night.

Let me know if you need anything that Friday.
I'm off Monday too for that matter.

Bill Alan and I should have everything covered. You just come and have a good time. That's all I ask.

Sponsors are starting to roll in.

We all know Ralph Hayes Toyota will pitch in like they have every year.

I'll try to update the rest as I get them.

Toyota of America (TTT)
Rust Bullets
4WD Toyota Owner Magazine
FJ Cruiser Pro

Add to the list

I'm just glad the lucky ones from Georgia wont be there....now if only Alan wasnt' in.

Looks like we will have a really nice raffle prize for the event. We got this e-mail today.

We were able to provide you with 100 L/T brochures as well as a certificate for tires for a raffle donation at the Upstate Cruisers 10-year Anniversary. The certificate should be redeemed before November 1, 2007 and is good for four (4) BFGoodrich® All-Terrain T/A® KO or Mud-Terrain™ T/A® KM tires (max. wheel size 17”/ max. tire size 35”).

Another reason to be at the annual meeting.

Thanks David Carpenter an the Cuban for getting this.

Our thanks should go to David Carpenter for being so supportive of our club. He has worked hard to make this happen for us.

My thanks, David!!

Wow, very impressive. Someone will be happy.

Thanks!

I just knew the right people to talk to. I'm glad that I could help out. Hopefully, we can work something like this for at least one event a year...

Now, if I can make it to the meeting, I might just have another surprise for y'all, but I'm still working on it, so stay tuned... :stirs the pot:

BFG GiveAway Tires WILL NOT be at Annual Meeting

:crybaby:Why is this, you ask?

Because the winner will have his/her choice!:bounce: That's right. You will have your choice of a set (4) of ANY BFG ALL-Terrain (KO) or MUD-Terrain T/A (KM).

Chose any size up to 17" wheel size, and up to 35" tire size!!!

What do you have to do?
1. Purchase the winning raffle ticket (Cost per ticket is to be determined, So save it up!).
2. Have your photo taken in front of the BFG banner during the event
3. Chose your tire size.
4. Redeem your winning certificate
5. Show off your new shoes to the other members

Can it get any better? :D

That's great, just in time for me to put news shoes on my new 40.
