@bobm
what champion model?
I have a fairly new one. PM me if you are interested.

went to 2 shops. each shop kept it 2-3 days then gave a diagnosis. They stated that with the constuction being metal/brass/copper (not Al) and 3 core, that parts would easily be $500+, then labor.

I'm trying to get this back on the road with a 'generic' rad but most just say "I modded -this- to work" but leave out all the details.

You could bust out your plumbing torch and remove the tanks to rod it out yourself...
Or pay the man.
Or have some hokey oakie aluminum (chinesium) in your vintage pig...

Just went through this too. I got an old OEM style rad from LCMoneyPit and had it recored. Cost about $800 to have done properly. Works great. I had a Be Cool Aluminum radiator in there prior. As JMack mentioned earlier, it was stout for an aluminum radiator and clearly well made. It lasted for well over 10 years but I am not sure if they still make them. They do make a 40/45 version but I’m sure if you call them with dimensions, you can get more details about availability. Including pics of what I had before I pulled it. I believe they are US made in Michigan.

I need a new rad......I see ebay chineseum ones, the mosley one, or getting mine rebuilt......(listed in order of price)

I'm still running the 2F

anyone used this CSF?

Or has anyone modded a cheaper/more common/off the shelf rad to fit lately? Or is there a good site that lists rads by dimensions, mounting, inlet/outlet size and locations, etc for cross referencing?

Thanks!
$459 seems decent, it's not like there are a lot of alternatives!

When they say over 20k sold, I am assuming they are counting all their radiators sold, not just the Pig ones.
