I have a 74 fj40 with a 2 inch shackle lift, 11-15 30 inch tires and power steering. What is the proper toe in angle?

B-A=3~5mm

Not an "angular" measurement, but far more directly useful in the garage with two levels (one flat against the outside edge of each tire) and a tape measure.
