After fitting a boost tap to my 80 series my turbo is making a flutter but its constant. (1 Viewer)

I have recently fit a turbo tap / boost tee to my 1996 land cruiser it now makes a futter constantly even at 8psi just cruising.

Just to clarify nothing has been done other than turned up fuel and boost at 16/17 psi and a plastic snorkel.

I can't turn my PSI down from those numbers is my boost tee is on the minimum setting.

I think you said stock turbo in your other thread?

You're really pushing your luck at that psi. Stock turbo is in dangerous territory above 15psi

If you can't reduce the boost because if the tee, best to remove the boost tee and try a different one.
