I am proud to announce that there is a new Overland Outiftter here in So Cal!

My friend Verny and i have teamed up to create Baja Overland.

Website: www.bajaoverland.com

We are both 80 Series Land Cruiser guys, but the site is non vehicle specific.

We have hand picked what we feel are only the very best vendors/items for offroad exploration and vehicle modifications.

We are based here in San Diego and frequent the Baja Pennisula.

We are proud to be dealers for:

-Garmin Navigation Products
-Lowrance Navigation Products
-iCom Communications
-Eezi-Awn Roof Tents
-Vision X Offroad Lighting
-Old Man Emu Suspension Systems
-ARB
-Viking Offroad Synthetic Winchline
-Adventure Medical Kits First Aid Kits
-Mobi-Arc onboard welders
-Zodi Outback Camp Showers
-Power Gate Dual Battery Isolators

And a lot more coming soon!

We are also working with a local race car builder on some custom 30 gallon high clearance 80 series Aux Tanks! :D

We will also be carefully documenting installs of each product we sell as we install them on our own rigs to share with folks online.

Please take a minute to check out our site at: http://www.bajaoverland.com and drop us a line at: info@bajaoverland.com to let us know what you think!

You will notice the site is geared to 80 Series Land Cruisers because that is what we know best. We will be adding and other vehicles shortly and as they are requested!

Thanks for reading and we looking forward to traveling with ya!

Good job on the site, looks great! I think I'll be buying an awning soon, or as soon as I recuperate from my diesel conversion. I just hope the awning fits on my con fer rack.

BTW- Hope to see you down south, I don't see to many landcruisers on my way down to central baja.

what ballpark price are you shooting for on the aux tanks?

We are unsure as of now, but its looking like they will be in the $625-725 range. They arent cheap, but they are top notch quality and built to withstand heavy abuse.

will those include the dual filler neck?

No, but we will be offering those separately

and when are you roughly expecting these to hit the market?

Guessing Mid December

Thanks

Very Nice Truck!

I just shot you an email

Are you specifically looking for 60 series parts or???

Kevin can and probably would get most stuff you could want for a 60. The majority of the products are 80 series based because that's what he and his partner own. Kevin did have a 60 for a while though.

Anyway, Kevin is gone in Baja racing the 1000 in an 80, and he should be able to answer any inquiries you may have upon his return.

Good luck.

great to hear. Fellow baja nuts specializing in toyota gear and eezi awns have to be cool. I'm pondering the purchase of the 2200 family series eezi awns with a ramp for my dog to walk up/down, and taking my 1400 to keep in cabo for my inlaws.

Great! Look forward to chatting with ya!

We have a friend here that has his dog with him up in his Eezi-Awn 1600 with no ramp needed!

Still waiting to see the video! hehehe

Hi Boston Mangler - out of curiosity - do you offer rebates to fellow mudders? ;) That would warrant a trip down South.

And item: I'm sure that if you were to sell your new avatar as stickers, they'd fly off the shelves.

Good luck with the venture.
