would you be willing to help/share with yet another with a 94'?
I just purchased the drive line from a 94' that so happen to come with a TRD SC on it. the engine starts/runs great but, didn't have anyway to drive it (someone else got the axles). I don't have any experience with forced induction so i have been reading this and that. there are thread on adding fuel before the supercharger and also after. but everything pointed to adding more fuel to the 1FZFE. ther are several models of the split second enricher (a little confused about which model i would need). I have more question than answers at the moment. but, it is interesting.

@aloh4cruiser can answer questions regarding the current versions of the Split Second controller and enricher. the stuff i have is over 8-years old.
i'm glad to answer any questions and i would suspect @aloh4cruiser will do the same. although, i don't currently have the time to machine the sandwich plate and riser nipple. so, you would need source these parts or find alternatives...
 
Would this setup allow one of @NLXTACY turbos to be bolted to my '94?

The splitsec enricher model is: LSC2-001 Universal Fuel Enrichment Module

did you use a pyrometer for EGT how far down the pipe should you install a bung for it?
same question for the AFR. should it be further away from the cylinder ( like in the O2 sensor area)
 
was thinking about adding/welding something like this to the side of the upper intake in place of a sandwich plate. it would leave more space between the SC and the upper intake if i needed an intercooler.
saw a few posts on putting the injector before the turbo as it was said to have helped cool the air a little (increase air density) but due to the distance from the cylinders, I wonder if there would be any issues.
 
Just stumbled on this tread. I have a 97 fzj80 with a SC and when getting my new exhaust the guy said he was seeing high Temps out the exhaust. I'm wondering if this mod is something I should be looking into. I have a ton of questions lol. @aloh4cruiser
 
Currently running the orange fan, upgraded spark plugs and supra fuel pump

what is the temperature of the 'high-temps'?
i doubt you need this upgrade on a '97.

Pyrometer installed?

If not, I’d want one if I thought there was a issue, and do the Raven-Tai engine temp mod to the cluster.
-Get rid of that ‘dead zone’ the needle sits in.

Or Scanguage it if the cluster mod seens daunting.
 
That spacer looks amazing. I need to do something to my SC 94. I just bought it and its timing had been advanced and was pinging badly under load. I set the timing back to normal and that corrected it. The head gasket just went and when I pulled it apart I have cylinder wall damage and two damaged pistons along with melted spark plugs. I've got to do a rebuild now and definitely need to find a solution.
 
Spotted this option for an enrichment injector - no welding, just drill and tap.

My truck is currently still in the shop (head gasket), but i did spring for ARP studs, and the block was fine, no scoring.

But I've noticed that some versions of the upper plenum have what looks like an unused spot for a vacuum port next to the big one for the brake booster. I wonder if this could squeeze in there. or would it be reasonable to put it on the 'end' of the boxy part of the plenum?
