Yeah, don't know why I asked. Already started the teardown. I will bead blast the hub/backing plate and knuckle and just hit them good with gloss black spray-bomb. This is just maintenance, not a frame off, powder is too much trouble for now. Hubs are blasted and drying now.

Drivers side is nearly apart. Hey, how to break loose the steering arm - sharp whack or is there an easier trick?

Oh yeah! cone washers. One side apart. I'll get the other side apart and then get the parts all washed/ blasted and painted over the next few days here.

Like those tires, will be for sure doing exactly what you have done in the way of tires and lift...;)

Book of the 25th rubicon and we can drive our trucks down, mine will look not nearly as nice:beer:

One of my kids will be with me, maybe even both or maybe me and the wife..

Planning to shoot the rear bumper black... That count?

All I wanted was to free up my lockout and get the front diff to work. Now I've got grease and parts everywhere. Plus, I've got grease everywhere!

Are you sure that spindle is ok? Looks a little worn to me, but I'm not there.

I haven't got that one on the bench yet. It is deffinitely pitted in a few non-bearing areas but I need to take a closer look tonight and mic it.

First order of business at work this year.... 54mm socket

Yup, hex end is 2.75" and the hub is 2.95"

Mostly it was the 4000W laser I have access to. Hell, I didn't even weld them. Just stuck the parts on the corner of one of my welders benches.

Awesome. (shaking head in disbelief)

Done during your lunch hour I'm sure.
