5. PO (Mudder BlueCruiser84) added 3 OME lift--I have done nothing thus far. Plan to get it running puuuuurfectly. Needs powersteering pump rebuild, birf rebuild, and maybe a headgasket Maybe some mods in the future. I really like it the way it is at the moment.
6. DD, camping, searching for brookies, SAR hauler, working to start a trekking guide service in VA and surrounding area--so, people / gear hauling.

I will be watching and learning--very new to in depth mechanical procedures.

5. Mods = its been modified by the test of time to leak from everything which is composed of rubber.
6. I used this truck for short trips to the woods and as backup transportation for about two years.
I can tell this is an extremely well built vehicle, like many earlier posts have described, its a tank!

First Pic shows my 80 replacing my old 4runner (no regrets, 3.0L )

Second pic is how it sits today, just opened the can of worms Sunday, time to give the 80 some long deserved attention.

The Mobile Man Cave

Hi all,

Thanks to fellow member Ron (in Bend), I am the proud owner of this beautiful 1991 FJ80. 177K miles, meticulously maintained, immaculate exterior/interior. This thing was baby'd!

She's mostly stock w/o any major mods. I did drop a high end sound system in though! I call her my "mobile man cave" now.

She's my daily commuter and dad-mobile. Will be camping/hunting vehicle as well.
