Nice! You know…one of the things that always drove me towards the deep end of my mind is the non-symmetry of a pair of wiper blades. When at rest, they need to settle in the same plane and near the weather stripping or bottom edge of the windshield. I had to bend the arm on my top mounted ‘74 50 years ago in a vice. Would you know, 48 years later, I had to bend the arm on my bottom mounted ‘75 to stay symmetrical. Heaven forbid, after using them, they did not return to the equal positions …..I would wet the window to insure a minimal friction drag and re-adjust

I know that this sounds nutty…and I not telling you what to do !!😉

As quirky as I can be…it hard to believe I am still with the same women for 49 years

At the time of adjustment, I couldnt bring myself to bend the arms..🙄

@mtn biker

“Mule in the Wild” an original one off.

Made it safe and sound after three weeks in transit..Much appreciated.

It’s going up on the wall, If I don’t donate it to the Louvre, the Smithsonian or the LC Museum. 😁

depending on her current hyper fixation and attention span ( unfortunately she is a lot like me and has ADHD) she might be keen to do more paintings

I’m thinking a rendition of 2.0 is in order. I’ll get a pic for you and we’ll leave the “background” to her imagination.

@OlYellr

I got to puzzlating yesterday after reading your comments. You ever have that sensation that something wasn’t quite right, like that time as a kid, just before you whizzed on a buzzing fence? Well, my gangsta lean to the drivers side can’t be blamed on the Ohio University dining facility. Crawled around underneath 2.0 this AM for a photo op. My + and O (OME Dakar leafs) are not where they should be. I’ll swap sides here in the very near future and see if that helps with the driver side lean. It’s not horrible but, it would drive @knuckle47 🦇 💩 😜 to see it..

“OME/Dakar spring will often have a +, o, or a - painted on one end of the leaf spring, so what does that mean? The + means slightly over spec, and when we say slightly it wasn't enough to consider the spring an error rather it is by design. The o is exactly at spec and the - slightly below spec, again by design. As the drivers side of a vehicle often has more weight, its common to use a + on the drivers side and a o or a - on the passenger side”.

Currently:
Pass side with the +
Driver side with the 0

gangsta lean and wiper symmetry aside I’m eager to see the shotgun storage solution. Let’s try to keep priorities on track!

WILCO…

Not letting the cat out of the bag just yet. Still at the spit in the dirt and draw with a stick stage. But, it just may be out of the box crazy enough to work..🍻

At least!

That looks like an interesting clamp from the radiator to the thermostat hose - can you provide deets?

Stainless worm drive hose clamp (shouldered). Purchased from the interwebs during the 1.0 storage bld build.

If I had a 4F decal made up, you think I'd get 20 hp out of it?

I think you’re on to something…😉 I’m thinking Watkins Glen for starters..

2.0 made its debut on the skeet range today…Giggidy.

It gotta say, it made more of an impression than I did. Shotgun “holder/rack” is on hold until the 15th. Although, many ideas, comments and manifestos were tossed around, post range activities, over a wobble pop er’ two in my buddy’s garage.

@rkymtnflyfisher, I did get to yard fish a 6ft - 2 weight….silky smooth. 😎 I need (want one).

What kind of 2wt rod? I've been on the fence about getting a Winston 3 or 4wt, something that is a little slower and delicate for small water.

I’ll reengage. I think I left the name in my 2nd beverage.

Felt really nice, nimble but not too delicate. I’ll get a pic and forward. Looks/feels perfect for small water.
