@rkymtnflyfisher

I used the text a friend option.

Rod is a “Superfine”.
Reel is a Battenkill”.
Orvis.

They definitely make some nice rods and reels, there are some known problems with the early Helios line of rods, I've sent mine in for repair 3 times now.

Their progressive agendas have soured my feelings towards them lately, just my personal opinion. To each their own.

Edit- strangely enough they didn't mail me their June pride month catalog this year, I'll have to send them a thank you card.

I like that hardware. Where’s it from?

Seatbeltsplus.com 👍 CCOT had a selection as well but, they were either out of some of the components or they were NLA.

Edit: IMHO adding the mounts to the JS takes out that stressed angle on the belt. Just my 2 cents.

I totally get it CPT Ryan….Removing Orvis from the equation, I liked the feel of that 2wt. You’ve fished small WV tributaries, I’ll leave the fly rod sometimes for the ultralight spinning reel just for ease of movement.

The fishing here is in the outhouse. We’re past prime and the water levels are really low. Sooooo, I’m on to clay shooting. The Mule took right to the bit yesterday hauling clays/shells/12ga.

Hit me with a good recommendation on a 2wt..😎

That’s also what I thought when I saw the pictures. Thanks, that’s where I got my seat belts.

The beginning of a “driveway project(s)”.

Small stuff…

Added some rubber grommets to the rear tub and the front fenders. Just don’t like the wiring coming through the open metal.

gangsta lean and wiper symmetry aside I’m eager to see the shotgun storage solution. Let’s try to keep priorities on track!

Coming soon…😎

Bad ass! You know the funny part is ..I used to ride my 1942 WLA around NJ to bike shows and for some real fun recreation…. The machine gun scabbard had a PLASTIC rifle sticking out of it. Ammo box had tools…..I never had a vehicle ride past me that didn’t slow down and stare… cops or civilians. At parking lots, it made for some amazing conversations… especially the vets

Of course seeing a full blown WWll motorcycle on a NJ highway would be enough for that

Small driveway projects.

Replaced the rad overflow. Old cap was missing the rubber gasket. Had a little pink overspray as a result.

Missing the bracket keeps the hose from the rad to the bottle in place. Probably in one of the spare parts boxes now residing in the storage bld.

Anothercsmall driveway project(s).

@cruisermatt provided the repro bracket for the fuel filter. Used a generic silver for the application and future install.

Went through the “stash” for fuel line. Hope to get to this tomorrow or the next day. Almost went old school YOTA and used a glass bowl filter. I like the idea of visualizing my filter. 🙄 Keeping it on the shelf for future consideration.

Nice paint, but the brackets are 304 stainless and don’t require any :)

Well...if there were an Olympic event for jumping the gun, I would be in Paris right about now going for the gold. :)
i would get the gold for running my mouth
