We moved the gas tank from beneath the passenger seats to under the bed. Now we have a hole there. They make a gasket for the fuel lines, but need a plug instead.

Go to your local hardware store, they usually have a good assortment of rubber plugs/grommets.

You're probably looking at some sort of custom plug for that, either a 3D printed option or a specialty molded plug. I haven't seen one shaped like that anywhere.

You can still buy the oval grommet for the floor. Once in place you can fill the openings with RTV to keep the water out. This wouldn't require any permanent modification and could easily be reversed later if desired.
