I am going to get a set of front and rear bumpers for a 73. Their website doesn't have pics of these bumpers on a 70 Series. Does anyone have pics of some on a vehicle?

just got the front

That looks awesome.

yes, I bought their kit and it really worked great. I always modify them for my purpose, adding lights and mudflap mounts, etc. should be pictures on my thread..

Kit was pretty good, only thing I did not like was the gap it left between the door and rear of the tub when you opened the door, so I added about 1" of material there. Big fan of 4x4 labs... helped build several rear bumpers for 80 series rigs.

I am starting to get materials and designs to do rear swing out door here shortly. Stay tuned.

Do you have to do any permanent mods to the vehicle to mount the bumpers?

rear bumper needs the crossmember cut out i believe, then they have a new integral crossmember that welds within the bumper mounts
front needs no modifications and fit excellent

note, i mounted the front bull bar hoop more as a tree pusher than the standard vertical light mount scenario that most weld them at
( i got the u-weld version )

yes, as previously stated, you have to cut off the rear crossmember. Look at my post 709.

that reminds me. I did not want the hitch to protrude from the bumper, so I made the pin be behind the bumper skin.
