Just printed mine, 3 hole punched it, clear cover, black protective back cover and the ultimate sticker that I got from @beno.
There are more sections in the pdf but this should be good for most jobs.

I had the same issue. Just save the Document on your computer. Then open it with Adobe or similar and you can print to fit the page.
