I still never heard from the O.P. on here, nor on Insta, nor on YouTube either. YMMV.
So i ended up ordering a count of 10 sets of male connector housings with pins from AliExpress using the "7282-4855" part number found on post 76. I bought them from user "YQLASD Store". Took about 2 weeks to get them shipped to me in Southwest Utah. (FYI 10 count was the minimum order amount. I'm willing to share them if anybody wants one or two PM me. And I guess I could be persuaded to make one with wiring for you if you really wanted. But I only have the male ends, so I can't make the T-harness.

)
Built my own harness using 14AWG i had sitting around already and -- bodda-bing bodda-boom -- I've got a dedicated power outlet for the ARB fridge using one of their threaded socket outlets.
I hemmed and hawed on where to make the hole for it, but I'm just barely starting to think about what else I want back there, so wasn't fully ready to make a new hole in the side panels anywhere. Ended up drilling out this spot on this switch bezel located on the frontside of the lefthand wheelcover/armrest. (Righthand side has one too, but it's got 3 switches in it and is not really conducive to fitting a 1" round hole cleanly like the other side.) Was super easy to route the wiring behind the panel since I'm already sans the 3rd-row and have Dobinsons drawers in there.
Had an extra blank sitting around so threw it in instead of the seat tilt switch, but I'm going to add a dual USB outlet with voltage display into the upper rectangular spot. Just ordered them up though once I figured it out so be a couple days. Will be a nice spot for my kids to plug devices in from the second row seats too. Charging cables will be nice and out of the way.
Super happy with how it turned out.
In fact, I like it so much, I ordered the same lefthand side switch bezel used off ebay and I'll be doing the same thing on the righthand side, but using a standard 12V cigarette lighter style socket in the lower spot instead.
Thanks to those who figured all this out!
