New foam and leather worked for me!
But seriously, what are you trying to salvage? Just dirty? It starting to crack? Lots of videos of using a steamer to revitalize the deformed foam. It doesn't work. Post up a pic.
real leather or Nuluxe (fake leather)?

I haven't bought the GX yet. I was looking at one with low miles, with the light leather interior and saw a video on youtube talking about how bad the seats stained within a couple of months. I didn't know if it would be better to go with the black leather.

Do the different trims determine the real vs. nuluxe? the one that I was looking at is a Premium, not the Deluxe.

What year of Premium, as they went nuxluxe on everything but luxury post second facelift?
Nuluxe: Any decent interior detailer to first get the body fluids off the seats, then apply 303 aerospace protectant.
Leather: same cleaning step following by 303 leather protectant or lexol or leather conditior of choice.
I see your buying a gx460 2020, so nuluxe. I would also reach out to some local detail shops, interior detailers are now begging to push ceramic coatings as well, which can help with dye transfer
The best maintenance for the seats though is reducing entry and exit wear and of course keeping off the calories lol.
